FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions we have found helpful to review before booking or arriving to a class. Please feel free to reach out if there is something else on your mind that we can answer for you!

We are here to help and want you to feel prepared.

What should I bring to class?

Students should bring their firearm(s) and 2-3 magazines.  Firearms should be unloaded and transported in a locked case.  Ammunition requirements will vary between classes and are found in the course descriptions.  A notebook, pen, water, and snacks are also highly recommended.  Loaner firearms may be available on a case-by-case basis.

What should I wear to class?

Please wear comfortable, flat, closed-toe shoes. Shorts or pants are permitted, but we recommend against wearing deep V-neck shirts. Weather-appropriate clothing/gloves are always a good idea.

Do you provide ear and eye protection?

We will have some spares on hand for those who forget to bring them, but students are asked to bring their own ear and eye protection.

What is your cancelation or rescheduling policy?

You must contact us 24 hours before your class if you cannot make it.  You will have the option to move your deposit to another available date and time of your choice.  If you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to class, you are subject to losing your deposit.  We will make every opportunity to work with students to get them training and work with their schedule when unforeseen situations arise.  No refunds are given.
